We offer worldwide express shipping with DHL Express. The shipping charges may vary depending on the location of your destination.
Local delivery in Hong Kong is free, and shipping to the following countries are free for all orders above 250 USD: Australia, China, Indonesia, Japan Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
For all other international orders, shipping rates will be calculated automatically upon check-out.
After your order has been shipped you will receive an email including a tracking number. All orders ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering pending product availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped we estimate delivery within 2-5 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible.
CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
Those ordered products for shipment to countries outside of Hong Kong may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the price of the products. The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the said customs duties, taxes and fees. weat Limited has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered products meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes.
HOLIDAY EXTENSION: We got your back this holiday season! To make things easier, we’ve extended our timeframe for any item exchange or store credit upon return until January 10, 2022. All other standard return policy terms apply.
WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We understand - sometimes a style is just not the right fit for you. Don't worry, as long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the regulations listed below.
Please note: All purchases of discounted items during our Black Friday promotion are final sale and eligible for exchange or store credit only.
We accept returns for products within 14 days from the date the order was delivered or left for collection and will arrange a full refund to your original payment method.
Items must be in the original condition in which they were shipped, with the original packaging and all labels, to receive a refund. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges will not be reimbursed unless there is a defect in the goods.
Products that appear to have been worn, washed or altered in any way may be rejected. Therefore, please be careful when trying on the goods as we cannot accept goods with make-up and/or perfumed stains.
Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned without an exchange will have our standard shipping charge deducted from the refund or credit.
Personalized items, custom made items, or item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange.
In addition, for your and our safety, all Fashion Masks are also final sale. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for this item.
If you purchase with a promotion code, the refund will be for the amount of the actual payment, which was invoiced after the voucher was used. The general terms and conditions of the particular promotion applies.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
If you've met the above requirements, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following information: Order number, item of return, return reason, and if your want to return or request an exchange.
Once your return request has been authorized we will contact you via email and supply you with the return address details and a Returns Form, which should be included inside your return package.
Please wait to receive all required returns information before sending any return packages. Our office is closed over the weekend so if you submit an online return request on the weekend we will reply on Monday.
We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost of returning item/s for an exchange or refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us. However, if you request an exchange, we will arrange the shipping of the new item to you. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
NON ACCEPTANCE OF A DELIVERY:
If a customer will not accept delivery of their order, or should the necessary customs duties or taxes not be paid by the customer in order to complete the delivery, weat will not be able to issue a refund on the full order price. Refunds can only be processed once the original product is received back at our warehouse. Therefore, any associated return fees as a result of a customer not taking delivery of their order will need to be deducted from the original order price within a refund amount.
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
