      All orders are shipped via DHL and can be tracked - so you know exactly where your order is and when it will arrive, typically within 2-8 working days:

      SHIPPING DAYS

      Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed the next working day. Shipping times vary by location, but we strive to dispatch orders promptly.

      DUTIES

      Please note that all duties, taxes, and shipping fees are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

      UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

      As our customer, you are responsible for tracking your shipments. If the parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will hold it for a few days and ask you to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within a few days, the parcel will be returned to us.

      If you refuse the parcel on delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. In both cases, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

      We understand - sometimes a style is just not the right fit for you. Don't worry, as long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the regulations listed below.

      RETURN POLICY

      You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original condition with packaging and labels intact. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the item is defective.

      Items that appear worn, washed, or altered may be rejected. Free shipping costs will be deducted from refunds if there is no exchange. Personalized items cannot be returned. Refunds for discounted items are based on the invoiced amount after discounts.

      HOW DO I RETURN?

      If your order meets the above requirements, please follow the steps below to request your return. It's easy and fast!

      2. Check your email for a verification code.
      3. Enter the code on our website.
      4. Select the order and items you wish to return.
      5. Choose a return reason and click "Request Return."

      If approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return form within 48 hours.

      ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?

      Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Ensure your package is adequately stamped and use a registered postal service. Keep proof of postage as we are not responsible for lost items.

      HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

      The refund can only be processed back to the original method of payment. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. You will get an email confirmation. Refunds to PayPal and credit cards may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
